Privacy Policy

Anti Electric, LLC, doing business as Superchannel ("we", "us", "our"), operates the superchannel.io website and platform, which lets creators sync their YouTube channel to a website they own and, optionally, sell memberships to their audience. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Who this policy covers

It covers two kinds of people: creators who sign up for a Superchannel account, and members who sign up or subscribe on a creator's Superchannel site. For a creator's account data, we act as the data controller. For the data of a creator's members, we act as a processor on that creator's behalf — the creator decides how that data is used, and their own privacy practices also apply.

Information we collect

• Account information. Your name, email address, and login credentials when you create an account.
• YouTube and Google data. If you connect a YouTube channel, we use Google OAuth to access your channel and video data and metadata through the YouTube API Services, and we store the access tokens needed to keep your content in sync.
• Content. The videos, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, and playlists you import or upload, which we host and serve on your behalf.
• Payment information. When you buy a license or a member subscribes, payments are processed by Stripe. We don't store full card numbers; we keep records of your purchases, licenses, and subscription status.
• Member information. When someone signs up or subscribes on a creator's site, we collect their email address and membership status on the creator's behalf, along with any comments they post.
• Usage data. Basic technical information such as log data, device and browser information, and cookies used to keep you signed in and to operate and improve the service.

How we use your information

• Provide, maintain, and secure the Superchannel service
• Sync, host, and serve your YouTube and uploaded content on your site
• Process payments, manage licenses, and enable creator memberships
• Send service-related communications, and the notifications a creator enables for members
• Prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations
• Improve the service and develop new features

YouTube API Services

Superchannel uses YouTube API Services. By connecting your channel, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and your use of Google data is subject to the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke our access to your Google account at any time through your Google security settings, or by disconnecting YouTube in your Superchannel account.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate the platform — including hosting and infrastructure, file storage and content delivery, email delivery, payment processing (Stripe), and YouTube/Google for content syncing — and when required by law or to protect our rights and our users. These providers may use the data only to provide their services to us.

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us; some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@superchannel.io. If you're a member of a creator's site, please also contact that creator, since they control your data.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

Superchannel is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal data. Creators are responsible for their own audiences and any applicable children's-privacy obligations.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the new version here and update the date above, and we'll communicate significant changes through the service or by email.
