The service

Superchannel provides tools for YouTube creators to build and manage their own branded video website. We sync content from YouTube and host it on your behalf.

Your account

You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up. You may not use the service for any illegal purpose.

Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload or sync to Superchannel. By using the service, you grant us a license to host and display your content as part of operating the platform. You're responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content on your site.

Hosted sites

Sites hosted on Superchannel must comply with applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, are harmful or inappropriate.

Service availability

We aim to keep Superchannel available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Limitation of liability

Superchannel is provided "as is." We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or audience.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
